For 5+ years our clients kept asking for a charter to the 10K Islands in the everglades. In 2019 we started offering our 10K islands full day charter. We also provide round trip transportation from Bonita Springs. We don’t want you to waste valuable fishing time trying to find us early in the morning. Big Tarpon On A Fly RodIf you are looking for the best Tarpon fishing in Florida this is it, the Tarpon fishing is good from April thru October. There is even decent fishing for resident Tarpon most of the year, yes even in the winter during a warm spells, especially December.

10K Islands Snook FishingThis could be the best Snook fishing in the world. It is “normal” for clients to land 20+ Snook each and have a bunch more jump off near the boat. You will have the time of your life casting to the mangrove shorelines and Oyster bars. It is not uncommon to catch 6 or 7 Snook on consecutive casts. In addition there are large Jack Creville roaming everywhere.

Juvinile Goliath Grouper 10K IslandsThere are a large number of different fish you will catch on the average 10K charter. Here’s the short list:  Spec Sea Trout, Ladyfish, Jack Creville, Bluefish, Mangrove Snappers, and big gaf-top catfish. There are also a large number of juvenile Goliath Groupers, we developed a presentation method to consistently catch these fish. From 4lbs to 40lbs and larger they are great fun to catch and release.

10k Islands Charter Information

This charter is a full day adventure that you will always remember. Not only is the fishing fantastic you will see a large number of Manatees, Dolphins, and birds. The time we meet you depends on the time of the year. In the spring and summer we leave very early in the morning due to the heat, we want you to get a full day of fishing before its to hot to keep fishing. During the rest of the year we depart mid morning and return in the late afternoon. The tides and the weather change the time we leave on a daily basis.

What We Supply

We provide you with high quality rods and reels, both light tackle and fly fishing. We supply all the lures, baits, and any other tackle needed for our light tackle clients, and flies and leaders for our fly fishing clients. Included is ice cold bottled water, and a large cooler with ice for your personal beverages and snacks. We have a digital SLR camera to take high resolution photos of your catch.

What You Should Bring

At a minimum you should bring the following items: Sun screen SPF30 or higher, Polarized sunglasses, a hat or visor, a lightweight jacket in the cooler months. Please plan on bringing your own food and snacks, we have room for them in our on-board cooler
